Significant Struck-Through Debris (Obverse & Reverse): The most prominent error. This occurred when foreign material (like wire, thread, or metal shavings) was struck into the coin, leaving behind raised, irregular lines and textures.
Obverse (George Washington): Multiple prominent, wavy lines are visible across Washington's hair, neck, and the field near "LIBERTY."
Reverse (Star/Design): The design on the reverse shows a clear, worm-like impression of debris running through a star element.
Die Cracks/Chips: Evidence of a fatigued die is visible on the obverse: Small, distinct Die Chip or crack extending from the letter 'I' in 'IN GOD WE TRUST.'
Irregular metal flow and chips are also visible on the letters 'T' (in TRUST) and 'G' (in GOD).
