The ever-popular Evangelion Test Type-01 returns to Kotobukiya’s plastic model kit series, this time wielding the Spear of Cassius as seen in EVANGELION:3.0 +1.0 Thrice Upon A Time! Featuring a precise joint design developed through advanced CAD technology and a refined form shaped by master sculptors, this model faithfully recreates the Evangelion and its iconic accessories—including the spear seen during the battle with Evangelion 13 in the movie trailer.

This model kit boasts a range of dynamic features that bring the Evangelion to life. The mouth can be opened or closed by adjusting the chin, just like in the film. The Entry Plug is movable, and can be pulled out along with the rear block, adding another layer of realism. The knee joints feature an interlocking mechanism, allowing the front thighs and kneecaps to move together naturally. Additionally, the model includes extra parts to recreate the expansion of the shoulder knife storage. The throat joint is also interlocked with the neck, enabling the model to tilt its head upward for dynamic posing.

A wide array of hand parts is included to maximize display options: spear-holding hands (left and right), closed fists, open hands, gun-holding hands, knife-holding hands, open hands with curved fingers, and grabbing hands. This variety allows fans to recreate many memorable scenes from the film with incredible accuracy.

To make assembly easier and enhance the final look, several parts come pre-painted. These include the yellow eyes, the green tip of the chin, the green chest armor, and the black collar, allowing users to achieve a screen-accurate appearance right out of the box.

This model kit is compatible with the separately sold New Flying Base for users to enjoy posing this model in various action poses. (Can be connected through the 3mm connecting points on the rear and on the Umbilical Cable.)
